He's a really talented writer.

I got one of those sun lamps for Christmas, Lynette and REALLY like it! I'm a super early riser, so it's nice to bring that sunlight in for the first half hour or so when I get up.

LOL because I can tread really close to too much leisure and call it burnout ;-)

Pattie -- how cool about your cousin!!!!!! I'll definitely look for him!!

DS and I are planning on repainting the kitchen this weekend. Not a very big job (not a very big kitchen :-). That's if I can drive past Blockbuster without renting the second season of Lost :-)

ShirleyShirleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10395507850821188923noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9360493.post-1157576913572336522006-09-06T17:08:00.000-04:002006-09-06T17:08:00.000-04:00I love the autumn TV scheduling over here in Brita...I love the autumn TV scheduling over here in Britain as well, Shirley. The new season of The Sopranos, which is one of my all time favourite shows has just begun. I understand you had it in the States a few months ago?

I also love BBC costume dramas as well, so I'm hoping they'll put one of those on as well!

I love this time of the year when the nights start drawing in and I can cosy down in front of the fire. Although I have to be careful as I'm prone to SAD, so I have a HappyLite just behind my computer to provide me with those happy rays of light.

Yes, I know what you mean about 'leisure guilt'. Sometimes it can feel as though we should be doing something, when in reality all we need to do to recharge our batteries is do nothing at all. Perhaps we should remind ourselves that at the opposite end of the spectrum ia a sneaky little condition known as 'burn out'.

Perhaps our motto should be: "Chill out instead of burn out!"Lynettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15676683696180035751noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9360493.post-1157487784595900232006-09-05T16:23:00.000-04:002006-09-05T16:23:00.000-04:00I can't imagine life without my DVR anymore. It looks to be an amazing show. I should get DVR because my DH wants Monday Night Football, can you imagine?
