Clearly, when I finish a book, I have WAY too much time on my hands! I've been writing letters like crazy this week over things that irk me. My latest is to HBO, begging them not to cancel "Deadwood" (which just released its actors from contract, according to CNN). I love that show, and after they cut "Oz" and announced the end of "The Sopranos," I'm really bummed.
I am a total "Lost" addict too. My daughter and I have been watching the first season DVDs, a couple each weekend, so we can get caught up, because we only got into it this year (now I can't watch it enough, LOL). I just bought the novel related to the show, BAD TWIN, and got such a kick out of the whole storyline they wrote around the author's disappearance in the plane. It's a pretty good book, too. Not super strong writing, but entertaining enough. It's my "in the car" reading for when I'm not working.
Today, I start the next two books. One is due June 1, the other is due July 20th. I think it'll be a busy few weeks! :-)

Oh... I am absolutely beside myself now that Grey's Anatomy is over for the year. I don't know what I'll do on Sunday nights!!
ReplyDeleteShirley, how do you do it? I'm in a panic because I'm going to be moving house and I'm struggling to continue with my writing at the same time - and I don't have any deadlines! You have not one but two deadlines, one of which is due within a couple of weeks!!
